Crynodeb
We support individual therapy work, through supervision with experienced colleagues in a range of therapy models, case discussion with the wider Step 4 team and support further training. As well as being part of the Step 4 Team, the successful candidates will be part of a vibrant and friendly group of psychologists who work across the Trust. We meet on a regular basis to share ideas, CPD and leadership meetings. Our commitment to you is that we will provide you with opportunities to develop professionally within a committed and supportive adult mental health service, which plays an important role in supporting increasing access to psychological therapies within community settings. The posts are being supported by the Consultant Lead for Step 4, as well as the Professional Lead for Clinical Psychology within AMH. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
