Trainee Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Technician opportunities!
Perfection Alloys Ltd has new and exciting opportunities for Trainee Wheel refurbishment Technicians for the Staffordshire and surrounding county area's.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain entrance into the exciting and high earning Motor Industry SMART repair sector. Experienced Wheel Refurbishment technicians can earn in excess of £50000 per year and more!
'Perfection' has been trading for in excess of 25’s years and is one of the UK’s leading professional Alloy Wheel refurbishment, SMART repairs and Vehicle Screen & Trim repair specialists, with over 300 Main Dealership customers and covering the UK.
Due to newly secured contracts, we can now offer a hands-on training program for future Wheel Refurbishment Technicians!
This challenging and exciting role will require a keen to learn, mature and ambitious, able to over come issues using their own incitive and be a positive-minded person who genuinely seeks a future in the SMART/wheel refurbishment career path!

FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN at huge expense by us!
No previous experience required.
Training will include removal and refitting of wheels, repairing and spray-painting damaged alloy wheels to an exceptionally very high standard using the latest isocyanate-free paints and lacquers using power and air-powered equipment provided by the Company.
Occasional collection and delivery of wheels from customer premises.
After completion of training the company will provide the following:
• Fully expensed Company vehicle
• Company uniform
• Ongoing training and support
• Fully expensed Company telephone
• Staff discount
• Family discounts
• Exceptional bonus scheme!
During training the wage will be £23750 (depending on your age) after training and qualification, an expected OTE (provable) annual wage of between £30000 -£50000+ can be achieved, of course, this depends on your own ability and the work load available!
After training applicants should expect to work Monday to Friday during Motor Dealer opening hours. Saturday working is requested on a pro-rota basis (approx. 1 in 3 workload permitting).
Please note heavy lifting may be involved in this position.
