We're seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our forward thinking construction team be the number one on site overseeing complex projects with a focus on social housing and local authority developments. This permanent position offers an excellent salary package commensurate with experience.

Location: Southwark, London - Site Based

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrable experience in construction project management
- Advanced proficiency with contemporary project management software and digital tools
- Experience with social housing and local authority projects (desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management abilities

Project Leadership & Innovation

- Champion project success through detailed programme management
- Foster robust relationships with architects, engineers, and client teams
- Implement cutting-edge solutions while maintaining project integrity
- Drive sustainable construction practices
- Lead on-site coordination and logistics

Commercial & Financial Management

- Work in partnership with quantity surveyors to ensure project viability
- Balance commercial objectives with quality and safety imperatives
- Develop and implement effective cost-control strategies
- Monitor and report on project financial performance

Team Development & Culture

- Direct supply chain management and team coordination
- Create an environment of continuous improvement
- Implement best-practice methodologies
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Build strong site-based relationships

Quality & Compliance

- Manage design processes and stakeholder collaboration
- Execute rigorous quality control protocols
- Partner with HSE Manager to maintain Zero Harm standards
- Conduct thorough audits and implement corrective measures
- Ensure site safety and compliance

Risk & Documentation

- Create comprehensive risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain detailed project documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all project phases
- Monitor and report on project progress
