We are on the hunt from Trainee Recruitment Consultants to come and join our next Academy, starting in April.

What will the role look like?
• Working the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from qualifying candidates, to taking job specs, to managing offers.
• Creating a strong candidate network, identifying the top talent across Europe and understanding their drivers/requirements.
• Building long-term partnerships with clients in order to generate current and future vacancies.
• Utilising social media platforms like LinkedIn to enhance your brand presence and build your network.
What are we looking for?
We aren’t looking for a specific type of profile! As long as you are motivated, ambitious and invested in your development, we want to hear from you. Some customer facing experience is ideal, especially if it’s on the phones – strong communication will help you massively.
