The ideal candidate will:

• Be an outstanding Early Years classroom practitioner able to lead by example

• Be passionate about improving the outcomes of all children

• Have leadership experience or strong subject leadership experience

• Enthusiastic and have a desire to make a difference to children’s lives

• Organised and efficient with strong teamwork skills and is able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents

Further details about the role

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a highly enthusiastic skilled and experienced teacher with positive attitude to take on the role of EYFS Phase Leader. The role of EYFS Phase Leader will give the right candidate the unique opportunity to work across two schools including a nursery, sharing their passion and dedication in ensuring quality of opportunity for any child in the early stages of their educational journey
