Crynodeb
Springwood is a large primary age Special School (337 pupils aged 2 11) based over four sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs and also pupils on the Autistic Spectrum.
At Springwood Primary School we are constantly striving to create the best learning opportunities for every pupil. We aim to provide a specialist, high quality, relevant and balanced education for pupils aged 2 -11 and we aim to support parents and other professional who work with children with SEND by delivering tailored training and support sessions. We are also in the process of developing an enhanced training centre
We have an exciting opportunity to join a large and lively school and be part of its future training and community developments. The successful candidate will be based at Springwood Primary School Barton Road Swinton M27 5LP and Springwood Primary Preston Avenue Irlam M44 5XB on occassion.
Receptionist/Administrator to provide full clerical support to SLT and the whole school. As the initial point of contact for Visitors, a professional and friendly approach must be maintain at all times.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited into school to undertake an ICT task together with a panel interview.
References will be requested prior to interview for shortlisted candidates only.
Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently £48.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50
