Summary

As a DBS Business Change Manager you will play a pivotal role in linking customer insights to service design, ensuring that we continuously innovate, improve, and offer best-in-class services through process optimisation and service enhancements. This is an exciting role within DBS, and you will have the opportunity to shape and structure the function while creating a unique ROI for our sponsors.

Role Requirements

You will be trusted to: · Lead and motivate a diverse, multi-disciplined team to deliver high quality business outputs. · Provide leadership and energy to engage the hearts and minds of the team and customers. You’ll be responsible for providing expertise, strategic planning, consultation, coaching and raising awareness to our leadership teams in the application of a business strategy to solve organisational problems and drive change. · Be visible to senior stakeholders and build positive relationships. You will encourage innovation and value add solutions, engendering a strong customer service excellence ethos and embedding a culture of change across DBS. · Role model, advocate and champion business change and encourage others to do so.

· Identify opportunities and lead commissions across the business, both in operational and non-operational environments. · Direct and oversee all commission activities within the DMAIC phases, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to commission schedules. · Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and conduct formal commission reviews to monitor progress and ensure successful outcomes. · Lead the Community of Practice across the G6/7 community to bring together ideas and share better practices. · Actively build relationships with colleagues and peers, and networks across DBS and MOD to support our shared purpose and ensure outcomes are delivered. · Oversee product development for delivery of in-house training and MyDBS Hub material. · Maintain your own professional development.
