Summary
What will the successful candidate be doing?
As a member of the DBS FPCP Change and Modernisation Team, you will be acting as a key enabler to the success of DBS. With a wide range of responsibilities this role provides an excellent opportunity to work across functional and organisational boundaries to optimise the business and bring real benefit to Defence.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse organisation as it transforms and modernises, equipping itself to meet the changing needs of its customers and enhancing the services delivered to the end user.
Followed by ongoing support to Senior Product Managers in the delivery of Oracle quarterly release updates.
Liaison with Policy Leads to ascertain and manage future requirements, ensuring change requests are fully defined. Subsequent delivery of any changes allocated in accordance with the DBS change process, ensuring the result is timely, fit for purpose and compliant with any policy or legislation.
Provide support to CMT Management/Senior Product Manager as required to aid the successful delivery of changes where the change requires additional support and assistance.
Responsible for establishing a good working relationship with stakeholders involved in the DBS Change Process, including Customers, DBS Civilian People Operational leads and ITMS teams to ensure the successful delivery of all changes allocated to them.
