Crynodeb
To provide expert advice and a clinical perspective for Norfolk and Waveney ICB within Central on service transformation and clinical programmes. To represent Central at meetings focusing on clinical transformation. To ensure collaborative working with appropriate stakeholders to embed clinical transformation within all provider organisations. To liaise with the nursing and quality team as appropriate to participate in the investigation and management of clinical quality issues and risks. Produce and provide written and verbal reports as required for Norfolk and Waveney ICB and for external organisations. In partnership with external agencies to deliver a clear and consistent message across the whole health and care economy. Lead on areas of transformation including establishing relevant clinical steering groups and or networks to oversee improvement in service delivery and health outcomes. To ensure that the N&W ICB priorities and the Central priorities are embedded into transformation programmes.
