Our Epic EHR system plays a crucial role in improving care by providing staff and patients with seamless access to information, ensuring that services and treatment plans are built around patient needs. Patient Self Scheduling is key to our transformation programme, driving forward our vision as a digitally enabled organisation that supports efficient, effective, and most importantly patient-centred care. Candidates who only hold one of the desired Certifications but lack the other will be provided with training and are expected to achieve certification or proficiency within their six-month probation period. EPIC certification is essential, and all shortlisted applicants will be required to provide their certificates before being invited to interview. Proposed interview dates, TBC, week commencing 10th March 2025.This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of one on-site day per fortnight, with flexibility for additional on-site presence based on business needs. It is anticipated that post holders will need to spend at minimum one day on site per fortnight with the capacity to attend more frequently depending on business need.
