Summary
I am a 63 year old lady living with COPD- as a result I am oxygen dependant. Despite this I like to keep as independent as I can, getting out and about socially, and shopping etc I need support with showering and someone to help me do my shopping and getting out and about socially. Occasionally tidy up of the flat. Some support in the evening needed in addition
