Position: Mastic Man / Handyman
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Mastic Man/Handyman to join our team working on a housing site in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team on a new housing development. You'll be working on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to mastic sealing, general maintenance, and supporting the wider team on site with essential handyman duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply mastic/sealant to various areas as required (windows, doors, joints, and gaps).
- General maintenance and handyman tasks, including minor repairs and installations.
- Work alongside other trades to ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
- Assist in keeping the site clean and organised.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mastic Man/Handyman or in a similar role.
- PPE (Safety Boots, High Vis, Hard Hat)
- Previous experience working on housing or construction sites is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of building materials, tools, and methods.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- CSCS card
- Own tools preferred.
