Summary

Salary & benefits: No less than £26,433pa; 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-16.30. There will be a requirement for some weekend and evening work to support events (with time-off-in-lieu). Full time, all year.
The role
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious marketing and events professional to help drive our broad internal and external admissions and marketing plan.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career. The role is busy and varied and sits within the friendly and creative Admissions and Marketing Department.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with 2 years’ relevant experience, who encapsulates our values of Excellence, Bravery and Kindness.
Marketing responsibilities:
Content creation - Generate engaging content (copy, photography, and video) for both online and offline channels.
Campaign coordination - Collaborate with the Marketing & Alumnae Officer to develop and execute media campaigns and events.
Digital campaigns - Create and implement digital content campaigns (articles, photo stories, videos, blogs) and promote them on social media platforms.
Website management: Collaborate with the Marketing & Alumnae Officer to regularly update and create content for the website to ensure it remains fresh and relevant.
SEO & PPC campaigns - Assist in the production and management of SEO and PPC campaigns, focusing on lead generation.
Email campaigns - Design and produce regular email campaigns and newsletters to boost open rates, click-through rates, and event registrations.
Photography & video - Support the planning and direction of photography and video shoots to enhance content quality.
Market research - Contribute to research reports, analysing competitor activity and customer trends.
CRM management - Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate communication with prospects and clients.
Alumnae communications - Assist in communications and event coordination, nurturing relationships with past students.
Design & marketing materials - Design marketing materials (e.g., brochures, posters, flyers) for both print and digital platforms using Canva and InDesign. Ensure the materials are suitable for social media, email campaigns, and the website.
Event management responsibilities:
Event coordination - Oversee the planning, logistics, and promotion of Admissions events (Open Days, Taster Days, Masterclasses, Discovery Days, and alumna events).
Event logistics - Manage event checklists, ensuring all details (catering, AV, presentations, labels, attendee lists) are prepared and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Recruitment fairs - Prepare collateral and merchandise for staff attending recruitment fairs and exhibitions, ensuring all materials are ready for distribution.
