Do you have the skills to provide a wide range of meaningful activities to support mental health recovery? We are seeking an Activity Co-ordinator to plan and deliver activities for our female psychiatric intensive care unit based at Cygnet Hospital Beckton. Your Role The activity co-ordinator involves planning, co-ordinating and delivering personalised activity on Svanna Ward (female PICU). This will comprise of diversional activities and leading celebration and theme days. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe and effective activity provision. The successful candidate will be a proactive, empathetic, resourceful individual with excellent motivational skills. The post holder will be expected to provide individual and group activities. The individual will be offered regular supervision, guidance and support for their professional and personal development.
