Fire and Security Engineer - The Role

We are looking for an experienced Fire and Security Engineer with expertise in Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Systems. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, test, and maintain security systems, including intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, and fire systems.
* Conduct inspections, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems operate effectively.
* Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to ensure seamless system integration.
* Stay up to date with industry regulations, codes, and best practices related to security and fire systems.

Fire and Security Engineer - What we need from you

Experience & Skills Required:

* Previous experience as a Security Engineer is essential.
* Strong understanding of security and fire system installation and maintenance.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system faults.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
* Good time management skills and a proactive approach to work.

Requirements:

* Time-served Security Engineer with a recognised apprenticeship.
* Full UK driving licence.
