What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing all business operations both front-of-house and back-of-house.
Hands on - your customer skills will be needed to lead from the front in terms of quality and service.
Drive the business - you’ll also get plenty of time to drive the business forward with your own ideas on marketing and business development.
Ensuring great hospitality and customer service by leading the team
Overseeing our bookings and events to ensure our customers have all they need.
Developing and implementing strategies to boost sales and profitability
Managing stock levels, liaising with suppliers and controlling costs.
Making sure we’re fully compliant with health and safety, employment and licensing regulations.
Handling customer complaints with a cool head and quick solutions.
Working closely with the MD to support the delivery of our service
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Solid knowledge of cafe operations and barista skills.
Experience of event management
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A solid understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
Experience monitoring financials, boosting revenue, and keeping costs in check.
IT skills including proficiency in systems for inventory management, scheduling, and POS.
