Business Support Consultant
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) – Part-time considered
Salary: Dependent on Experience + 25 days annual leave

Red Kite is a leading consultancy in landscape architecture, ecology, and arboriculture, providing expert services across the UK. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Business Support Consultant to join our dynamic and friendly team.
Role Responsibilities:
Assisting with coordinating service proposals and tenders
Setting up and managing projects
Coordinating and implementing training plans
Organizing company social events
Producing reports and supporting social media activities
Assisting with in-house policies and office procedures
Basic bookkeeping (no HR or finance responsibilities)
Candidate Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role within an office or professional services environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in IT systems, social media, and software
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
A proactive, problem-solving approach
A valid driving license (preferred)
Previous experience or interest in the natural environment is desirable but not essential
