What You’ll Be Doing Waking Residential Support Worker:
Supporting and supervising young people during the night.
Providing comfort and reassurance if they wake up distressed or unwell.
Ensuring regular wellbeing checks and responding to their needs.
What We’re Looking For:
âœ”ï¸ A passion for supporting young people.
âœ”ï¸ Willingness to complete an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
âœ”ï¸ Knowledge of best practices in residential children's care.
âœ”ï¸ A flexible approach to night shifts.
âœ”ï¸ A driving licence is a plus!
