Crynodeb
This role offers a balance of specialist clinical work, leadership, and service development within a well-established gastroenterology team. The successful candidate will contribute to outpatient clinics, endoscopy services, and inpatient care while participating in the GI bleed on-call rota. Beyond clinical duties, the post-holder will be expected to engage in teaching and mentoring medical trainees, take an active role in clinical governance and audits, and support the ongoing development of gastroenterology services. With opportunities for research, quality improvement initiatives, and involvement in governance meetings, this position provides a platform to shape and enhance the department's future direction.
