Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sealant Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and maintenance tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties
Install and tool sealant to a good standard to the below locations.
Sanitary Applications - Kitchens, WC's, Bathrooms, Ensuites, etc..
Perimeter of Flooring and Skirting Junctions
Internal Window and Door Frames
Pre Plaster - Joists, Formers and Walls
External Window and Door Frames
Movement Joints
Soffit Lines
Qualifications
Proven experience in sealant application.
Must hold a CSCS Card.
A valid driver's licence.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
