Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Engineering Company in their search for a HVAC Engineer to work across the North West & Greater Manchester area
For the successful HVAC Engineer, our client is offering:
• £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
• 40 Hour week Monday – Friday (days)
• Call out Rota, £120 standby
• Permanent Role
• 23 Holidays plus bank holidays
• Company van and fuel card, paid travel time
• Company iPhone
• Overtime available
• Specialist tools provided
The Role - HVAC Engineer
• Working in various commercial & industrial client sites servicing Air conditioning units
• Mobile role covering the North West and North Wales area
• Fault Finding, Service, maintenance & breakdown work on commercial & industrial HVAC systems
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Working on a variety of equipment including Splits, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, Heat Pumps
• Attending emergency call-outs
• Completing statutory PPMs in line with SFG20
• Complete Electronic and paper records of all tasks carried out and fill in the site log books
• Manage subcontractors
What our client is looking for in a HVAC Engineer
• Current and in-date Category 1 F-Gas qualification (ESSENTIAL)
• C&G/NVQ or equivalent in Air Conditioning (BENEFICIAL)
• Full Driving Licence (ESSENTIAL)
• knowledge HVAC and Heat pump plant (ESSENTIAL)
• Previous experience in a similar service & maintenance role (ESSENTIAL)
• Proven fault finding & breakdown experience
• City & Guilds 18th Edition (BENEFICIAL)
• NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing (BENEFICIAL)
