Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Business Development Manager to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organisation under the direct guidance of the business owner. The successful candidate will have an abundance of energy and determination with excellent communication skills.
Duties
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through networking, research, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client needs.
Utilise CRM software, specifically Zoho CRM, to manage client interactions and track sales activities effectively.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
