Summary
Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint 2 motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Study Centre Advisors to facilitate the independent learning of groups of learners within our centres.
As someone who is passionate about supporting students' academic success and empowering them to become independent learners, you will be working alongside the Learning and Study Centre Manager to help students unlock their potential.
As a Learning and Study Centre Advisor you will oversee groups of students in both timetabled and off timetable sessions, supporting them to develop the skills needed to become independent learners and complete the work set by curriculum staff as well as assignments for course completion.
Previous experience is not essential, but if you have a passion for helping learners succeed and the ability to engage with a diverse range of students, we encourage you to apply.
