Being a care assistant means you need to be adaptable, and personable but ultimately put others first.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality person-centred care to individuals living with dementia.
Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication support.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Monitor and report any changes in health and well-being.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care.
What We Are Looking For:

Experience in dementia care is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
A caring and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to undergo training and continuous professional development.
As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
This job requires an Enhanced DBS to be carried out.
