Key Purpose:
This role has day-to-day responsibility for managing and overseeing the coordinator support into the Service Delivery Team.
Another significant requirement is the administrative management of all RABI’s financial grants including campaigns. The Senior
Service Delivery Coordinator will ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are documented/mapped and regularly reviewed
to facilitate continuous improvements of SD support services. As the senior coordinator they will build and maintain successful
working relationships with relevant service partners internally and externally. Thereby ensuring the highest standards of service
delivery whilst supporting intra and inter departmental learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear, supportive and developmental line management to all line reports.
* Manage and organise all relevant information for the financial grants processes.
* Manage and organise all relevant information for the grant processes preparing consolidated reports of outcomes.
* Manage the agricultural training for external providers.
* Oversee development and annual reviews of process maps for all major SD areas.
* H&S rep for SD internally as needed including review of risk assessments.
* Liaise with external agencies, including suppliers, as required.
* Oversee the day-to-day enquiries to the Service Coordinator Team.
* Organise and manage the logistics for team away days.
* Be an ambassador for Service Delivery internally within RABI and with external organisations.
* Demonstrate commitment to Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety promoting a safe and inclusive
environment.
* Undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the post which management representatives may require.
Person Specification:
Essential
* Strong administration skills
* Experience of having worked with a vulnerable user group
* Experience of administration of quality systems
* Experience of having worked with suppliers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A positive and professional attitude
* Excellent IT software skills
* Flexible, resilient and solution focussed working with sensitivity, integrity and without prejudice.
Desirable
* Previous management experience
* Safeguarding background or knowledge
* Farming background or knowledge of the farming community environment.
