General Practice Chartered Surveyor (Valuer) needed in Bracknell, £343.99 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1460552
To work as part of a team providing a professional valuation and estates service to including:
- Management of portfolio of over 200 commercial properties
- Management of the councils corporate and operational estate
- Focus on service charges and management of commercial rent arrears as well as lease renewals and rent reviews
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
