Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Fee-Earner to join our busy legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and be able to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, although full support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property matters.

Conduct thorough title investigations and draft relevant documentation.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry developments.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer. Other experienced candidates will be considered.

Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other relevant IT systems.
