Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. Experience with force entries is essential, with non-destructive entry being preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lock mechanisms and security systems, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various locking systems, ensuring the safety and security of properties.
* Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with potential overtime at weekends is on offer
Responsibilities
* Install, repair, and replace locks and locking mechanisms for residential and commercial properties.
* Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently.
* Conduct security assessments to recommend appropriate locking solutions for clients.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques in locksmithing.
* Offer excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Skills
* Experience with force entries is essential, with non-destructive entry being preferred
* Proficient in the use of locksmithing tools and equipment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot lock-related issues effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
* Good communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their needs.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Company Van supplied
* Full clean UK Driving Licence is required
* A full DBS check will be required /undertaken
