Summary
Trainee Service Advisor
- Competitive Basic Salary of £25,000 - £26,000 p.a.
- Bonus Opportunity – the ability to earn commission for various targets achieved realistically giving you an overall earning of £35,000 p.a.
- Weekdays Hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM.
- The Saturday Rota is 1 in 3, 8:00AM to 2:00PM.

We are currently advertising on behalf of a reputable Franchise / Main Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Grays area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Their minimum requirements for a Trainee Service Advisor are as follows:
- A proven track record and passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
- A good eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all paperwork and processes.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
As a Trainee Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:
- Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact.
- Assist customers in booking service appointments and keeping them informed of progress.
- Ensure customer concerns are understood and communicated effectively to the workshop team.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle’s service or repair.
- Manage the handover of courtesy cars to customers, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain an effective fleet of courtesy cars, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use.
- Handle customer feedback, aiming to resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Service Department in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 with OTE of circa £35,000.
