Summary
Phoenix Care Staff are searching for experienced Healthcare Assistants to work in Care Homes in and around the Lancaster area.
Immediate starts are available!
We have a competitive starting salary which commences at £11.44 per hour, you also receive your pay on a weekly basis.
We offer part-time, full-time hours and flexible working hours.
We are more than happy to provide you with the hours that suit you and help you build the work/life balance that you are hoping to achieve.
This role requires you to have experience working with deaf service users and has good knowledge with British Sign Language.
The role of a successful Healthcare Assistant include:
• Building positive relationships with the residents
• Person centred approach
• General housekeeping
• Assisting clients with daily personal care
• Provide care and assistance to the highest level
