Crynodeb
The following Job Description is an overview of the role although the list is not exhaustive and the applicant will be expected to undertake other duties in accordance with their role/experience. Collect samples and interpret/report results accordingly Maintain the dignity and confidentiality of patients at all times Undertake basic clinical observation tasks, monitoring and recording accordingly, including ECG's and venepuncture Assist the nursing team with various care-giving tasks when necessary Share and discuss patients' conditions, activity, medical responses and behaviour with the nursing team when required. Offer lifestyle and dietary advice. Possible monitoring and care of wounds Be able to carry out basic mental health observations to enable the identification of possible depression and to identify signs of emotional/psychological distress amongst vulnerable individuals Identify signs of self-harm and possible suicidal tendencies Any other duties which may be associated with the post
