Are you ready to lead and shape the future of pharmaceutical distribution? We’re looking for a driven Head of Operations to oversee our Northern Distribution Centres. The heart of the role

  • Accountable for Profitability, Performance, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance across the Northern Distribution Centres, ensuring all operations meet business and legal standards.
  • Develop and Deliver Strategic Plans to increase productivity, reduce costs, and meet quality objectives at each depot.
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance to depot management teams, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement through clear KPIs.
  • Drive productivity improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancements through strategic initiatives and a LEAN culture.

What makes you tick

  • Prior management of a Wholesale Operation with a proven track record of implementing performance improvement processes.
  • Exposure to LEAN and 6 Sigma principles
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
  • Outstanding Leadership Capabilities with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive the achievement of challenging targets.
  • Excellent Communication, Impact, and Influencing Skills to effectively lead teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence.
