We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our highly successful team in the Victoria Lounge and Bar.

We are looking for individuals on a part time bases with a real interest in delivering outstanding hospitality, energy and drive to succeed and a desire to be the best.

If you’re our ideal Bartender, you will:
- A proven track record in great customer service, showing an understanding & responding pro-actively to customers’ needs
- Previous Cocktail Bartender experience
- A genuine passion for mixology
- Fantastic attention to detail
- The ability to communicate clearly
- An ambitious and forward thinking nature
- A desire to be innovative and not being afraid to try out new processes.
Our story
Set perfectly amidst the city, the iconic Brighton seafront, and the stunning backdrop of the South Downs, The Grand Brighton was officially opened on 21st July 1864 to great fanfare and celebrated as the original ‘Palace By The Sea’. The Grand is part of the Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition collection. Leonardo Hotels operates over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland, with plans for major expansion over the years; there’s never been a more exciting time to join us!
