Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a poultry feed manufacturer and supplier, in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based at their site in Llay, Wrexham.
What our client is offering for the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
• Starting salary of £47,380 per annum
• 42 hours per week on average, working 4-day shifts of 12 hours on a 4 on 4 off pattern
• You will be required to work on an on-call rota which will include nights
• Permanent Role
• Overtime Paid at 1.5 x hourly rate

The Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
• Carry out all aspects of plant maintenance and repair to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the mill's production and intake systems, to minimise downtime and deliver business objectives
• Completion of planned preventative maintenance
• Analyse trends in reoccurring faults and breakdowns and Reduce downtime of current equipment
• Responsible for equipment performance and reliability
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
What we are looking for in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
• Must possess qualification/apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience with the Food/Drink industry - BENEFICIAL
• Ability to able to demonstrate experience of implementing both short-term and long-term solutions and projects in an engineering function covering both electrical and mechanical equipment
