Training Shift: 9-5
Flexible Shift Pattern: Between 7 AM - 7 PM after training
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support transaction processing services for a third-party client. This role involves handling administrative tasks, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process work in line with agreed procedures, including handling calls, emails, queries, and transactions.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while updating records and databases.
- Prioritise daily workloads and meet deadlines.
- Identify and suggest areas for process improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Essential Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage workloads efficiently.
- Professional, flexible, and customer-focused approach.
