I'm looking for an Invoicing Administrator to join my client in Glasgow. This role is key to ensuring that all invoicing and related reporting for the Group is accurate and completed within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process all invoicing for the Group
Generate summary invoice billing for customers in various formats within agreed timeframes
Produce, analyse, and distribute scheduled reports for customers and the Major Account Team
Prepare pre-invoice reports for the Credit Control team
Review report recipients to ensure relevance and accuracy
Reconcile specific customer accounts on a monthly basis
Address weekly 'no match' customer queries
Participate in weekly customer conference calls ahead of month-end billing
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Provide operational data for key customer KPI reports

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in an invoicing or similar administrative role
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoicing
✔ Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively
✔ Proficiency in administrative tasks and information systems
✔ Commitment to minimising errors and ensuring efficiency
