Role Purpose

To provide effective Pastoral leadership within a school. To support pupils on their journey towards appropriate learning outcomes. The post holder will be responsible for teaching assigned classes, as well as having whole school responsibilities for Pastoral care. By negotiation there will be a whole school remit attached to this post.
