Crynodeb
We have an exciting opportunity for a butcher / driver to join our small team. F/T or P/T.Duties include cutting, slicing, mincing and dicing meat products, packing/labelling meat and serving customers. The role will also involve driving (between sites in Fort William and Oban and for customer deliveries throughout Lochaber and further afield).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meat in accordance with customer requirements
- Ensure all work areas, fridges etc are kept as clean and tidy as possible
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all our products
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, suppliers and customers
- Operate machinery in a safe and professional manner
- Drive between Fort William and Oban
- Deliver orders to customers throughout Lochaber and further afield
- Adhere to procedures relating to proper use and care of equipment and materials
- Understand the importance of required standards and use by dates, rejecting products as necessary
- Adhere to the company's health and safety, food safety and personal hygiene policies
