Key Responsibilities
As a Catering Assistant, you will play an essential role in the smooth operation of our school kitchen. Your
responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to students and staff
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Helping with the setup and clearing of dining spaces
• Receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries
• Supporting other kitchen staff as needed
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed to making a difference. The ideal candidate
will have:
• Passionate about food and nutrition within a school environment
• Previous experience in a catering or food service environment (preferred)
• A Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
