We have a great opportunity for a Pay & Benefits Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for providing an excellent pay and benefits service to our people and administering employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.

Proven experience in employee benefits, payroll and tax legislation.
Strong understanding of HR and payroll systems, software, and processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform complex numerical calculations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Experience with managing salary sacrifice schemes and National Minimum Wage compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.
Administer and lead the day-to-day activity of employee benefit programs, including enrolment, changes, and leavers.
Lead communication activity for annual cycles such as pay review, bonus, UK SAYE.
Responsible for payrolling of benefits and PSA, ensuring records are accurate and reporting deadlines are met.
Be the face and primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits which leads into the overall employee experience.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefit policies and education.
