Summary
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established East London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a full-time basis. Please find below further details regarding this position.
ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE and interview performance)
LOCATION: East London
PQE: NQ/1 year PQE
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting for landlords and tenants in lease agreements, variations, licenses to alter, and related matters.
- Representing developers in site acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, and easements.
- Handling property sales, refinancing, and financing arrangements.
- Reviewing and preparing finance documents, certificates of title, and corporate resolutions.
Key Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor with from NQ up to 1 year PQE
- Strong commercial property law experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive, and logical.
