Summary
Parklands Educate Together Primary Academy is a two form entry school, part of an Academy Trust that also has schools in Bristol, Keynsham, Bath and Swindon. We are looking for an enthusiastic SEMHMentor to join our team, complimenting the support we give to children to ensure they are reaching their potential. This is a unique role suitable for experienced support staff who are looking for their next career opportunity.This is a vital role complementing the work of teachers and other staff, substantially contributing to a range of SEMH interventions. We are looking for someone who:• Has knowledge and understanding of issues that provide barriers to learning• Has excellent communication skills• Is calm, flexible and resilient• Demonstrates enthusiasm• Has experience of planning, assessing and delivering activities to individuals and groups
