Crynodeb
On a daily basis to provide skilled team leadership in planning and delivering the high standards of physical therapy assessment, management, treatment and advice to musculoskeletal outpatients. To work autonomously to provide a comprehensive advanced assessment, diagnostic, treatments and management of patients with complex needs within a defined treatment cohort. To be an expert resource for patients and to promote and facilitate self-management principles in appropriate patients. To work in collaboration with all members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote excellent standards of care to patients in line with any local or National principles/guidelines To provide advanced clinical expertise across the service area, participating in the development of professional competences and participation in professional appraisal systems.
