Are you an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Property Fee Earner looking for a rewarding role in a friendly, supportive firm?

We are representing a well-established law firm seeking an additional Commercial Property Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their expanding team, based in Darlington, Co. Durham.

You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial property matters, including; land and property acquisitions and disposals, acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant and surrender of business tenancies and refinances.

The role can be full time or part time with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing high-quality legal advice to clients
- Managing a varied caseload efficiently of the full range of commercial property
matters, including land and property acquisitions and disposals, acting for
landlords and tenants in connection with the grant and surrender of business
tenancies and refinances.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Property Fee Earner with
experience handling own caseload of Commercial Property matters. More
experienced candidates would also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Property law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
