A rare opportunity has arisen for a Nursery Manager in Bingley.
We are looking for an additional manager to join our small two setting management team.
We are seeking a proactive, highly skilled and passionate Manager with significant experience leading best practice and staff teams. You will need to have a sound knowledge of the Early Year Foundation Stage (EYFS), excellent organisational skills and the ability to inspire others.
The successful applicant will be responsible for guiding our experienced and loyal practitioners to deliver exceptional early years care and education in our 37 place nursery. You will work within a well established and supportive management team in a positive and friendly working environment. Your role will require you to be a key driver in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a positive and enriching environment for both children and staff.
Remuneration negotiable.
