ROLE DESCRIPTION

Newcastle College Aviation Academy are seeking a Lecturer to join their Higher Education delivery team. Based at Newcastle International Airport, the academy delivers a BSc (Hons) in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and any candidate considering this role must have a relevant aviation or engineering-based qualification, plus, ideally, experience with aircraft maintenance. A recognised teaching qualification would be an advantage but, for the right candidate, a commitment to study and gain one could be agreed.
The Aviation Academy is a Part 147 Maintenance Training Organisation, approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to deliver Part 66 Aircraft Engineering training.
