Summary

Allstaff Manufacturing division are seeking a LEAN Process Improvement Leader to help drive our client's LEAN program (BSP Operating System) and build an empowered, continuous improvement culture. This would suit an ambitious individual who has 2 years working experience that would like to join a great company with progression opportunities.

Please note, although this role is based in the UK, this post will involve 50% of your time travelling throughout Europe.

Our clients aim is to implement a BSP Operating System with a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement across all functions within their business.

The right candidate will have strong people influencing skills along with an ability to drive process improvement across multiple business areas, using LEAN tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement process improvement strategies that align with the organisation's objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Manage the execution of process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
Analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify further opportunities for enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvements, and recommendations to senior management.
Experience Required:

A strong influncer, with high energy who can make a positive impact and drive continuous Improvement
Understanding and at least two years experience using LEAN tools, ideally both in a Supply Chain environment and in other areas of the business.
Results driven, with a proven track record of driving sustainable improvement
Results orientated from international and diverse teams without having a direct reporting relationship
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business subject. Green belt certified a plus
Languages: Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus
Computer skills: Strong understanding of Excel. Statistical Software and other business applications a plus
Experience: Two years’ experience leading operational improvements using LEAN tools and a culture of continuous improvement
Hours are 40 hours per week with extensive travel through UK and Europe.
