What You'll Be Doing:

Providing Compassionate Care - Support and guide young residents with personalised care, helping them through daily challenges.

Being a Positive Role Model - Inspire young people as you advocate for their growth and development, encouraging them to reach their potential.

Team Collaboration - Work with a dedicated, close-knit team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each young person in your care.

What We're Looking For:

Strong Communication Skills - You'll be building meaningful relationships with young people and your team.

Flexibility - Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.

Physical Fitness - Ready to get involved in fun, active activities with young people.

Over the Age of 21 - Due to the nature of the role.

Experience/Knowledge - Experience in child protection or knowledge of child development is a bonus, but not a must.
