Your Key Responsibilities

Maximize Shop Revenue: Lead the way in maintaining a beautiful, organized shop environment that boosts sales.
Inspire and Develop a Volunteer Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a passionate group of volunteers who share our mission.
Ensure Safety: Conduct risk assessments and uphold Health and Safety practices, ensuring a secure environment for customers and team members alike.
