Working in a team environment to provide appropriate support/advice to others Exercise independent judgement and initiative when problems arise, implementing the necessary actions to resolve the problems or referring to the appropriate person to resolve. To liaise with colleagues, other departments or organisation to ensure patient pathway decisions are actioned. Demonstrate effective management of time & resources. To respect confidentiality on any matter concerning a patient arising during the course of duty and not to disclose such information at any time to unauthorised persons. To promote equal opportunities for staff and patients in accordance with the Trusts priorities. To adhere to Trust policies. To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Associate Director of Performance.
